I spent 2 nights at the Retro Moldova Hostel for € 5 a day.
To find it, as always, I relied on Google Maps that actually indicates the right building but on the other side. Let me explain better, according to the map the entrance should be on the road, while you actually need to enter in this complex of buildings and you will find them this beautiful entrance that you can see in the picture.
The hostel is very small and the dorm room,in which I was (for six people), had only one window that overlooked the corridor where there is also a desk and an old sofa that serves as a common room.
There is also a small kitchen.
There is a main bathroom and also a very small secondary without a shower.
In the dormitory there are a few sockets and from the bed above it is impossible to access them, because they are always occupied, and because there is not a physical way to reach them from above.
Finally the streets near the hostel are in the dark, so in the evening it is not so comfortable.
As you could guess I did not really like this hostel, but I can say that the staff turned out to be very kind and nice.

Ho trascorso 2 notti al Retro Moldova Hostel al costo di 5€ al giorno.
Per trovarlo,come sempre, mi sono affidato a Google Maps che effettivamente indica il palazzo giusto ma dal lato opposto. Mi spiego meglio, secondo la mappa l’ingresso dovrebbe essere sulla strada mentre effettivamente dovrete entrare all’interno di questo complesso di palazzi e li troverete questo bellissimo ingresso che potete vedere in foto.
L’ostello è molto piccolo e la stanza del dormitorio in cui ero io (da sei persone) aveva una sola finestra che si affacciava nel corridoio dove è anche presente la scrivania della reception e un vecchio divano che funge da sala comune.
E’ presente anche una piccola cucina.
C’è un bagno principale ed anche uno secondario molto piccolo senza doccia.
Nel dormitorio sono presenti poche prese e dal letto di sopra è impossibile accedervi, sia perchè sono sempre occupate, sia perchè non c’è un modo fisico per poterle raggiungere da sopra.
Infine le vie vicino all’ostello sono al buio, quindi di sera non è il massimo.
Come avete potuto intuire non mi è piaciuto molto questo ostello, però posso dire che lo staff si è rivelato molto gentile e simpatico.
